*Greet customers and take food and beverage orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
*Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
*Prepare and serves snacks, drinks, and meals according to established recipes and safety standards.
*Maintain cleanliness of the concession stand, including counters, equipment, and dining areas.
*Restocks supplies and inventory as needed throughout the shift.
*Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
*Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup.
*Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
