I am now nearly 44 and physical health promotes mental health as well and it gives me the competitive edge needed these days for sure.

I can name the 53 man roster since 1998. I have loved the Kansas City Chiefs my whole life. I am from Kansas. My number one hobby is fantasy football and then hitting the gym. I have played semi-pro football until I was injured and now have had 7 spine surgeries. Last one being 2015. No longer an issue thankfully.
