I was a hybrid sales person at Garden Grove Hyundai handling walk-in customers as well as internet leads. I would get the vehicle ready for their visit, go over all the key details, take them for a test drive then answer any questions they had about the vehicle. I would present the pencil and close them then get all the paper work ready for finance. While the customer was in finance I would take the vehicle to get detailed then gassed up. Once the customer was out of finance I would walk them to their new vehicle and answer any more questions they had before they took it off the lot.

I was in charge of making sure all the food was fresh and prepared at all times to be served to the customers. I would make the food and be working the register talking with the customers making sure their expectations were met. If there was any problems with anything I would be the one in charge to find the solution to get everything in order again.
