Maintain commercial properties and assist with day-to-day property needs to ensure clean, safe, and presentable environments. Perform window cleaning, dumpster enclosure and vacant space cleanouts, landscaping including mulch and plants, trash and debris removal, and minor maintenance. Work closely with property management to address property needs efficiently.

Supervises and directs valet attendants to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction. Trains new team members on job duties, safety procedures, and customer service standards. Conducts routine parking area inspections and responds quickly to customer concerns, service issues, and emergencies. Maintains a professional and organized environment while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
