Bartended for and Served guests in a fine dining restaurant emphasizing fresh ingredients. Prepared specialty syrups, specialty cocktail batches, milk washes and fat washes, as well as liquor infusions. Worked with American Oak barrels to add character to classic cocktails. Ran service well that served two separate restaurants with two separate cocktail and food (steakhouse and sushi) menus, and separate wine/sake lists. Worked closely alongside hotel mixologist throughout menu changes and crafting of signature cocktails. Managed monthly inventory of liquor, cordials, beer, barreled cocktails, and non-alcoholics.
