My job role as a Geek Squad SRD Agent was to help support in field Agents while they were in clients homes or needing jobs put together and placed on their route board for the day. Also, I would make phone calls to Clients checking in on their recent purchases, whether it was new appliances or Home theater products or computers. I would answer any questions they would have and also help lend support if they were having issues with their computers or home theaters. If it was something that could not be handled remotely since I worked from home, I would find out what date worked best for the Client to have an in field Agent come to their house. I would then create the job and place it on an Agents board that was experience and handling whatever issue the client had. At the end of each shift I would put together a spreadsheet of all I have done for the day via Microsoft Excel and then turn it into my supervisor.
