Having over 30+ years of experience in the service industry, I am proficient at working positively with both individuals and the public. Identifying and managing problematic situations are just two of my many strengths. Compassion, understanding, energy, enthusiasm, and reliability are characteristics that I bring to work every day. Having always been highly driven to succeed, I am adept at shaping behavior through positive reinforcement and building on the strengths of individuals, the end goal being a strong, efficient team.

• In coordination with campaign efforts, I gave a speech endorsing a Presidential candidate in 2004., Tarpon Springs, FL, 01/01/04
