As a Home Theater Installer my duties included,

• Pre-Calling customers to verify the address and services scheduled to be preformed.
• Installing Audio and Video equipment in the customers home such as, Tv's, speakers, audio receivers, running wires through attics.
• Keeping up with the van maintenance.
• Selling customers products they needed to complete the install.
• Assisting the stores with esclated install issues.

• Pleasantly interacted with customers during hectic periods to promote fun, positive environment.
• Controlled line and crowd with quick, efficient service.
• Cleaned counters, machines, utensils, and seating areas daily.
• Maintained regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Provided recommendations of different roasts of coffee per the customers request.
