Help manager find what was needed for the weeks grocery order. Going through the store and taking notes. Training employees and finding workers. Helping to keep store staffed. Small maintenance work, pressure washing the store for appearance, painting, watching for theft, and reporting suspicious activity. Making sure items were to the planogram throughout the store. Cleanliness is a pet peeve. Basic math skills and knowing how to deal with customers in all sorts of situations. Being able to read the room. Computer skills and knowledge of how to put in work orders. Well listener when it comes to following directions from my managers
