  • Started as a wash bay employee making sure the equipment was clean and ready for pick up or delivery.
  • After 6 months I moved into a admin assistant roll where I provided assistance to all counter parts. Making sure inventory was done weekly. Helping dispatchers with daily task to ensure our customers were taken care of in a timely manor. Providing customer assistance over the phone and walk ins.
  • I then moved into a dispatching roll for about 9 months where I was over 9 drivers. I had the responsibility of making sure the trucks were always equipped with the correct paperwork to ensure all drivers loads were within DOT compliance. All deliveries were to be delivered within a one hour lead time from the provided time on the contract.
  • I then moved into the role I am in now as a Equipment Rental Manager. Overseeing our customer service department and the 5 employees making sure we give the best customer service possible when taking care of the customer. We have achieved more goals since I have became part of this team. Helping and training team members to get to where they want to be in there career.
