- Generated and implemented lease agreements, as well as custom landlord-tenant addendums, that protected the owner from as much bad debt as possible, which improved NOI.
- Was the General Contractor for a full Commercial Remodel of one of the apartment complexes, which created additional value worth hundreds of thousands of dollars in less than 6 months.
