Experienced server with solid background in foodservice. As a busser I learned the importance of pre-bussing and table turnover skills. This provided the opportunity to sharpen and excel at customer rapport. I learned to prioritize requests during peek restaurant hours so that customers received the best service possible and left with a positive dining experience. During my Prep Cook roles I gained the ability to memorize ingredients and the cooking procedures so that customers questions were answered promptly. As an expo line worker I learned the skill and importance of food presentation. I have also assisted bar tenders where my knowledge expanded on types and brands of beer, liquor and wine. This also provided an introduction of creating drinks for customers and the correct garnishes.
