Brazilian expatriate currently residing in the U.S., with a Bachelor of Psychology degree and experience in clinical psychology. I have worked in customer service and as a mental health technician in the U.S. I am now pursuing academic opportunities with the goal of becoming a therapist.
I handled personalized shopping, organized and packed orders, ensuring quality service for customers. Verified order accuracy and answered phone calls to address questions and resolve complaints. Collaborated with the team to achieve daily goals and maintain a high standard of customer service.
I am currently working on a project to share my experiences as a Latina immigrant living in the U.S. on social media, primarily focusing on the process of becoming a therapist in the U.S. and sharing my academic and study routine. I also have experience in volunteer work within my religious community as a teacher and in service projects. Additionally, I have participated in several workshops, including the most recent ones at the 2023 Beck Institute Summit and the Sunstone Symposium at the University of Utah. I have also participated in cognitive-behavioral therapy study groups in Brazil.
