
Motivated, willing to learn new skills, while using skills I've developed over years of servicing the RV OEM's. Specialized in fastener and hardware sales but also developed new product for specific functional and decorative hardware (pulls, knobs, barn door track, drawer slides).
Started in warehouse and over the course of 17 years, moved up into inside sales, purchasing, then outside sales rep. Handled all kinds of accounts, from small, medium, to the largest in the industry. Also handle diversified customers, from horse trailer to high end 5th wheel. Dealt with both PA's, group leaders, and on floor production guys to find solutions to issues and maybe develop longer term solutions to difficult problems.
Travel is not an issue, and had multiple out of state accounts that I handled. Set up at trade shows and can present product in the best light for maximize customer satisfaction.
Have worked extensively with NetSuite but pick up new systems and procedures quickly and try to maximize my efficiency by making sure i communicate with all involved so there is no lag in solving the problems.
Looking for an opportunity that will allow me to learn new skills, use old skills that i currently have and make the best decisions for both the customer and the company. Not afraid to try new ways to improve on any aspect of communication with the customer/dealer.
