In depth menu knowledge is a quality I strive to achieve. Pushing myself to memorize all items with the ability to suggestively up-sell and pair accordingly on the spot. A team oriented environment is one I excel in, never removing myself from the opportunity to grow and expand my skills. I am incredibly passionate about sourcing quality ingredients from local distributors and working with an establishment that has deep roots in my community. The dedication behind the industry of service and the gratitude people show to a thought out culinary experience is something I believe is a true form of love. My past serving experience has equipped me to work in not only fast paced environments but also the intentional experience of a curated fine dining meal.
