I provide direct patient care in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Responsibilities include rooming patients, obtaining medical histories, and assisting with biopsies, skin exams, and Mohs surgery. I perform wound care and suture removal, administer biologic injections, and provide support during cosmetic treatments (laser therapy and injectables). I coordinate patient education to prevent skin cancer, ensure smooth clinic flow, and mentor other MA's to uphold high standards of patient care.

Delivered direct patient care in primary care medicine. Obtained vital signs, administered immunizations, and performed diagnostic testing (RSV, flu, COVID-19, strep). Assisted with gynecological exams, including Pap smears, and provided patient education on chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and contraception. Supported Rx medication management under PA supervision and performed basic procedures, including ear irrigation and phlebotomy, contributing to high-quality care for diverse patient demographics.

Provided direct pediatric patient care by obtaining vital signs, administering vaccinations, and performing diagnostic tests. Assisted with allergy testing, hearing tests, and visions screenings. Educated parents on immunizations using CDC guidelines and supported care plans for managing asthma, ADHD, ASD, and other pediatric mental health conditions. Counseled adolescents on nutrition and wellness, and prescribed medications under physician supervision.

Supported timely completion of patient charts for physicians in a Level I trauma center. Recorded detailed HPIs, ROS, physical exam findings, and diagnostic imaging and lab results in the EHR. Assisted in charting for a wide range of acute cases including chest pain, strokes, sepsis, psychiatric emergencies, and motor vehicle crashes. Gained extensive exposure to emergency medicine workflows, critical care protocols, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Led on-campus marketing initiatives to promote the Dive Chat app among student organizations and campus clubs. Developed and executed targeted outreach strategies to increase app adoption and engagement. Collaborated with the social media manager to design Instagram story content aligned with brand messaging. Recruited and onboarded new student leaders to expand the DIVE campus ambassador network and strengthen campus presence.

Contributed to a digital cloud platform through collaboration with manufacturing clients. Led proposal development meetings with the CTO, edited and reviewed Request for Proposals (RFPs), and created an immersive Proof of Concept Template for an international education organization to deliver Dell laptops to underserved students across 8 countries in South Asia.
