- As a cashier, I would take people's orders from both the drive-thru and the front line. I would do it with a bright smile and be optimistic about taking orders, making the customers feel welcome. For the drive-thru, I would speak with an ebullient voice to make them feel more welcome.
- Sometimes I would also pack people's orders, doing other things besides order-taking. I would move at a steady pace. To make sure I wouldn't damage their food, or the box holding the food.
- Sometimes, I would also make sandwiches for the customers if we needed more help with our stations.
