These are some responsibilities:

• Attending daily conference calls with FM payments team
• Scheduling appointments with business owners
• Speaking with 40-50 different business owners per week
• Self - motivating and managing own schedule
• Handling paperwork with personal and confidential information
• Gaining trust of business owners and building solid relationships with them
• Organizing and submitting paperwork by deadlines.
• Qualified leads, built relationships and executed sales strategies to drive new business
• Built and strengthened relationships with new and existing accounts to drive revenue growth.

This role required very high attention to detail, and a lot of problem solving skills to create a beautiful finished product.

• Identifying problems areas or defects on cabinets
• Fixing said defects, and sending them out to ship
• Working quickly and efficiently to keep up with new parts coming off production line
• Working with different waxes, can sprays, glues - to create best repair job possible
• Sanding with orbital sanders, blocks, sponges, and various other tools.
• Keeping work area clean and tidy.
• Repaired 50-100 pieces per day.
• Completed all repair and maintenance activities promptly and to high quality standards.
• Completed partial or full dismantling of equipment to quickly repair or replace defective components and restore functionality

• Filling out job-specific paperwork for each job
• Preparing new construction houses for Spray Foam Insulation
• After area is prepped, (plastic covering where needed, caulking areas to make airtight, etc.) insulation will be installed
• Scraping off excess foam, while measuring to make sure foam depth is correct
• Cleaning up and disposing of any excess foam
• Using airless paint sprayers to paint wood surfaces with mold-killing paint. (Mostly used in crawl spaces.)
• Supervising team members as team leader, ensuring that assigned jobs are done in timely manner.
• Speaking with and explaining to customers process of installation of insulation.
• Interacting with other contractors in order to ensure process flows smoothly.
• Supervise 5-10 jobs on site per week.
• Worked with variety of insulation material types in residential and commercial settings

• Greeting new guests, and getting them checked in
• Handling reservations and credit card information
• Making sure all guests' needs are met, to best of ability (Room accommodations, extra towels, soaps, etc.)
• Doing night audit when working night shifts
• Washing, drying, and folding laundry
• Occasionally helping with housekeeping when they are short staffed and in need of help
• Starting coffee/breakfast in mornings for guests
• Making sure condiments are stocked
• Checking guests out of their rooms in mornings
• Handling large groups of 10-20 people (sports teams)
• Reviewed checklist on daily basis and planned shift accordingly

Preparing workspace for day - gathering NGR (color), sanding material, etc

• Making sure all spray guns are put together and ready to spray
• Pushing tables and other furniture into spray booth
• Applying color to furniture, including tables, cabinets, and chairs
• Matching applied color to color sample
• Applying Wash coat to furniture after color is matched
• Sanding surfaces after wash coat has dried
• Applying sealer to surfaces, then sanding with rotary sander.
• Finishing up to 30 pieces of furniture per day
