  • Upload all incoming property into our Supply Property Management (SLMP), including uploading property requests, property book numbers, receipts/bill of lading, and titles if property has a title.
  • Inventory and order office supplies.
  • Arrange staff meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
  • FedEx prep, label documentation, and pick-ups for paperwork, equipment, and living specimen.

  • Applying knowledge of the various types of software (SharePoint, Concur, QuickTime, Employee Express, eOPF, etc.), capabilities and functions to resolve problems and complete standard/nonstandard assignments.
  • Creates PowerPoint training materials and trains all new seasonal crew members for four teams.
  • Updating database as necessary to add, remove, revise, or replace equipment information and establish or modify preventive maintenance requirements.
  • Assists with Small Lot Sales, GSA Auctions, estimates value of property, details unserviceable property and determines means of refuse or destruction of sensitive or controlled property.
  • Establishing and maintaining subject matter files for supervisor’s use in preparing recommendations for projects.
  • Producing a variety of recurring reports, charts, and statistical data relating to workload, timeliness, and quality control.
  • Coordinating with a variety of individual inside and outside of the local organization to determine the appropriate person for responding to technical inquiries.
  • Reconciles, verifies documentation, acquisition requests, and compiles Fleet Card Statements with proper financial records, and prepares for supervisor’s review and signatures.
  • Updates, verifies correct information provided by office transfers of equipment by our Joint Administrative Operations (JAO) for the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.
  • Verify data from office Government Miscellaneous Credit Cards, which includes fuel, oil, propane, and mechanical repairs for all small engine non-ridable equipment, and upload data into Supply Property Management (SLMP) (Property Book) office software, with statement and receipt verification.
  • Update spreadsheets with Travel Credit Cards for new employees and renewals of credit cards that have expired.
  • Shred paperwork as per Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA).
  • Conducted extensive research with 'Small Lot Sales,' from 2009 through 2021 to locate expendable and sensitive inventory that had been either sold and not annotated/removed from property records, or physically found missing expendable and sensitive inventory that belonged to the five teams that was accountable/assigned to.
  • Perform physical supply inventories for non-expendable, expendable, and sensitive equipment, and update results into SLMP.

  • First and foremost, it is my responsibility to make sure that everyone that steps in the USO at Camp Atterbury feels as though they have a home away from home.

  • Provide all entrants with requested required base information, including building locations, hours of operation, and base operations that may be needed in times of emergency.
  • Coordinate with USO manager of all requested usage of USO properties for Moral, Welfare, and Recreation Parties (MWR).
  • Initiate and attend fundraising through community, corporate, or specialty events as needed by community USO.
  • I also train all new volunteers to ensure consistent knowledge base on USO mission, needs, duties, and scheduling.
