Work closely with Program Director to provide effective assistance for specific aspects of business operation.
Train and mentor new and current employees on Clinical practices and all state and federal regulations governing delivery services and employer standards, and compliance of TRR guidelines.
Lead teams of up to 15 to 20 personnel, supervising daily performance as well as training and improvement of clinical documentation and guidelines.
Assist Program Director with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes as requested.
Facilitate weekly and monthly staff meetings and conduct staff performance evaluations.
Assist Program Director in contacting each family once per month for service quality.
Run staff reports and monitor service hours.
Build and strengthen relationships with referring authorities and stakeholders in order to maintain service providers.
Connect youth and families with appropriate community supports based on their needs, strengths, and interest.
Monitor authorized service levels to ensure staff are providing minimum of 90% of authorized service hours and to avoid over-utilization.
Ensure that services provided are related to goals and objectives on youth's service plan and CANS assessment.
Developed and maintained courteous and effective working relationships.
Proven ability to develop and implement creative solutions to complex problems.
Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
