Patient-focused healthcare professional with experience in pharmacy operations and hospital patient care. Skilled in medication processing, patient monitoring, safety protocols, and clear communication with patients and healthcare teams. As a CPHT and President and Co-Founder of FAU's Pre-CAA Club, I bring strong attention to detail, teamwork, and leadership skills. I am committed to providing compassionate, safe, and effective patient care while continuing to grow in the healthcare field.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I volunteered by writing personalized cards to residents in local nursing homes to help reduce loneliness and provide emotional support. I also participated in Toys for Tots, helping collect, organize, and distribute gifts to children in need during the holiday season. In addition, I volunteered directly at a nursing home, where I assisted staff, engaged with residents, and contributed to creating a warm and supportive environment.
I am deeply interested in becoming an Anesthesiologist Assistant because I’m drawn to the combination of surgery, patient care, and teamwork that truly impacts patients’ lives. I’m passionate about understanding physiology, supporting patients through critical moments, and contributing to a field that requires both technical skill and genuine compassion. Outside of academics and clinical preparation, I enjoy staying active by playing tennis and badminton, which help me stay focused and disciplined. I also love crocheting in my free time—it’s a calming, creative outlet that keeps me patient, detail-oriented, and relaxed.
