My communication skills in both English and Spanish have led me to form strong relationships with customers that resulted in their return. As a head cashier, I have formed exceptional skills with training, money handling, and team building which has led to life long friendships with employees. I work great under pressure when it comes to peak hours which has advanced my multitasking skills as well. I have always kept a flexible schedule and held myself responsible for always making it to my shifts in which I always volunteer to cover other employees shift or stay if it is busier than usual. I am a great asset to the work environment and have a strong passion for assisting customers and making them feel welcome.
