•Process, complete, and maintain accurate resident files at move-in and at each recertification within established regulatory guidelines. Process move-outs in 3 days.
•Conduct recruiting, hiring, and termination processes as well as training and evaluation of all staff.
• Obtain appropriate documentation, complete certifications, and collect deposits and rents in accordance with program policies and procedures.
• Ensure site staff respond to all resident requests or complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Completes work orders and turnover of vacant units promptly. Schedule and complete unit annual inspections.
