Katie Anakalea

I am a current college student who is pursuing a psychology degree with the hopes of attending Physician Assistant school after undergrad. I am a hardworking individual who is always willing to put forward my best effort. I am a fast learner, compassionate, trustworthy, and work excellent in team settings. I am eager to improve my skillset and gain new knowledge.

• Headmaster's List - Received a 4.0 GPA for 7 consecutive semesters in high school.
• The 131st Rose Parade - Participated during grade 9
  - The Kamehameha Schools Maui marching band joined the Kapālama marching band at the 2020 Rose Parade in Pasadena, California.
• Bandcares Performance at Villa Esperanza Services - Participated during grade 9
  - The Kamehameha Schools (KS) band performed for the patients at Villa Esperanza Services.
• Main Street Performance at Disneyland Magic Kingdom - Participated during grade 9
  - The KS band marches in the Main Street parade at Disneyland.

• HOSA-Future Health Professionals - Participated from grades 10–12
  - Leadership: Treasurer during grade 11, President during grade 12
  - Awards: 3rd place at states during grade 10, qualified for states grades 11 and 12 - Workshops: I flew to Oahu during my senior year to attend a leadership workshop. - 2+ hours/week
