I had the same job since I was 16 at American Eagle. It’s was a really good learning experience. I’m extroverted so working with people all day gives me energy and makes my shift
go faster. I was the top salesperson for our American Eagle credit card. I’m very comfortable talking to
strangers and making sure they get what they need. I’ve done several new hire orientations, like register
training, sales training, and more. I have natural leadership skills and a lot of energy. I’m also athletic, I
lift and play basketball for a team. Being on my feet all day doesn’t bother me. Also, being an Olive Garden server has taught me how to have people skills, be very fast, offer refills to all my tables and keep up with up to 4 tables at once. I've had very good feedback from my customers about my service.
