Receptionist Duties:

• Greet and check in patients
• Verify all insurance and collect copay as needed

• Perform basic labs (urine, COVID and flu, strep, STD, STI)
• Perform blood draws on patients for any lab testing
• Answer any basic questions that the patients might have
• Explain medications and treatment plans
• Restocked medical supplies and instruments to maintain operational readiness and support seamless patient care
• Sanitize each room between patients
• Prepare equipment for emergencies such as sutures, EKG’s, and, X-rays
• Give the patient any shots the doctor asks for
• Placed completed labs in the designated lab box.

• Monitor and supervise children while providing a safe environment
• Prepare simple meals and snacks for children
• Ensured cleanliness and sanitation by washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
• Engaged children in age-appropriate activities to promote development and enjoyment

• Clean all kennels and cages for a safe and hygienic environment
• Observe dogs for signs of illness or distress. Assist with nursing them back to health

• Ensure animals are fed at the correct time and that they have clean water
• Pick up dog waste using bags to dispose of properly.
