As Assistant Director of Property Management, I currently oversee One Bratenahl Place. A 178 unit luxury high rise condominium association located on 19 acres Lake Erie. Onsite amenities include but not limited to: fitness center, penthouse, restaurant/bar, pool, tennis/pickleball courts, walking paths, picnic grove, lakefront firepit, salon, car wash station.

• Accounts payable and receivables.
• Human resources with union and nonunion included but not limited to, recruiting, hiring and training as well as processing payroll and benefits;
• Identify organizational problems, gather data to generate alternative solutions and effectively develop strategies for improvements;
• Investigate complaints, disturbances, and violations and resolving problems following management rules and regulations

As Associate Property Manager, I managed the day-to-day operations, strategic functions and future visions of a portfolio including 13 COAs, 6 HOAs and 1 commercial property.

Member of: Community Association Institute

• Managed on-hand inventory, in-transit inventory, procurement materials, and medical supplies across the main campus and satellite locations.
• Utilized Lawson Software to ensure continuous inventory balances and par levels remained accurate and current for all departments and offsite locations.
• Recognized in the “Super Star Service Program”

Member of: SJMC Emergency Response Team, Champions Council, Safety Committee and Cost Analysis Commission.
