Breakthrough to Nursing Director for Oregon Student Nurses' Association

I served as the Breakthrough to Nursing Director for 2025. While in this role, I learned essential roles and functions of associations including the use of Roberts Rules, development and implementation of resolutions, and service as a delegate for the state of Oregon. My role and focus was on streamlining the education career track for students in order to increase and meet the demand for nurses in Oregon and southern Washington. I developed a resource that students across the state of Oregon can utilize in addition to connecting to each nursing program across Oregon to ensure that students were offered the resources available through the National Student Nurses' Association.
