I am a very skillful communicator, I love to make the customers, workers, and managers feel they are getting treated with respect. I love to look at my own mistakes and correct them when it comes to time management and organization, and I am always on the lookout for any type of criticism to grow my skills in a job.
As an Instacart worker, I have done many things, like:
1. Delivered groceries for customers.
2. I communicated with my customers about their items in the cart. If one item wasn't found, I took pictures of the shelf of other items that they could pick if they wanted anything else.
3. If an item like a can, for instance, was dented, I replaced it with the same type of can that isn't dented.
4. If a fruit was spoiled, I had to communicate that to them and refund the fruit.
5. Helped people who couldn't walk up to the door, and left it in their home.
6. I always put in the extra effort so the customer wouldn't get offended or pissed about their groceries.
7. I made the smartest choices when it came to bagging. I placed anything in the bottom if it was too heavy, or any item in the bag that was very breakable with other items that were the same, so they would never break.
So I made my own strategies on where to put groceries so they don't mash or break with other items.
8. And I always get the items that have good qualities. ,
For this job, I still look out for any orders, but because of the many drivers for DoorDash, I can't find any, to be honest. But I haven't worked for DoorDash since March 2025.
What I did was:
1. I always took the offers, and I always communicated with customers if their food was taking longer to make.
2. I made them feel comfortable in the messages if they felt awful about something.
3. Anytime it was a huge order, I always placed it in my car with a flat level, so the food wouldn't fall. If the bag fell, I would pull over and fix it, but the customer's food wasn't spilled or even broken.
I really love to write mostly when it comes to my college assignments in drama.
I cook any type dish that I have never tried to make.
I love drawing mostly on paper, or canvas, and even digitally as well. This makes me go out of my comfort zone, when it comes to realism.
I like watching movies, and shows that involve restaurants, like Hell's Kitchen, and Kitchen Nightmares.
I have passed my TA exam.
I am also taking some other classes, to start looking at jobs to becoming a TA to help out teachers, and taking care of the kids I have to look out for.
I am getting my certifications, so as soon as I graduate with a BA from my college, I will plan to have a licence for teaching as well in the future.
