Tiegerman High School-ranges from Pre K-12th grade and serves students with developmental disabilities (Autism). I was selected by the CEO of Tommy Hilfiger to establish a Tommy Hilfiger store within the school. The store would be part of the Marketing program within the school. My responsibility included developing my store managers within my district to help support this initiative. Tommy donates product that the stores sells. All financial proceeds go back to the school for something the budget cannot afford. Most recently, they purchased an Apple POS system. As the Tommy representative, I created partnerships with the Principal and teachers. The primary goal of this program is to enhance the students knowledge of the retail industry and to assist them in understanding if this is a career they would want to move forward in. In my role, I've worked with over 300 students, met countless grateful parents and family members and attended graduations and other annual events held at the store. Fashion Knight being on of my favorites! I am honored to have been chosen for the Support and Dedication Award from the school in 2017-2021. And, I graciously explain, I am the one who is humbled that they allow Tommy and myself to be part of their school.

NEPA Youth Organization-A 501c3 non profit organization that provides after school drop in programs for high school students. Recently, they started a Rapid Rehousing Program for teens ages 18-21 who are homeless. I organized a Region wide fund raiser including a basket auction that raised $10,000 through inspiring and motivating approximately 1500 Tommy employees. The company matched the donation. I've also worked with the youth to teach interviewing skills including "how to dress" and resume writing.
