Assist Store Manager with operations. Maintain repairing equipment, and a clean and safe work environment.

• Oversee operational duties of the business. Interview and hire new associates, create training and on-boarding plans for new hires. Conduct audits to enforce loss prevention and inventory standards, Manage payroll and store budget. Create staff schedules, leading a sales team, manage sales floor during business hours, provide an elevated customer experience.

• Receiving and processing shipment. Manage warehouse staff. Leading product replenishment and inventory. Maintaining a neat and well organized stock room. Assist Merchandising Manager on floor sets, mannequin styling, and visual displays. Mentor and train merchandising team members.
