I am the first person they speak with when connecting with our company, so maintaining professionalism, handling each interaction in a timely manor and offering my best knowledge to lead them in the correct directions for the project they are infesting in.

I was a Preschool Teacher for 6 years at Young Explorers Montessori in Aurora OH. At Young Explorers, I earned my Montessori Degree in Education. I created curriculum, fostered the love of learning with hands on Montessori Materials. Daily I would strive too bring a positive and structured classroom environment that set every child up for success. Communicating with parents in regardless to the progress of their children, academically and intellectually, is something I found rewarding and important. Open communication can create a sense of safety between the parent and teacher.
