I opened the deli @ 6 AM, changed and flipped salad cases, check dates on food, set up the hot case, I was in charge of party trays, hot food trays, and did the ordering of the food supplies

Assisting customers, dealing with hot and cold food, changing dates and flipping the salad case, cook the food for the hot case and cleaning meat slicers.
