Overall broadband career since 1993. Originally service partner with Cencom & Crown cable. Transferred in-house with TCI in 2001. Progressed through installation, service, & maintenance technician III level. Experienced life changing accident 2010 & fortunate to return as brief WFX dispatcher, until the business/construction leaders brought me into the Spectrum business/construction department. Decades of knowledgeable skills and very analytically minded.
