Piloted Victory on completing all projects from beginning to completion. I introduced Victory to the proper suppliers and needed sub-contractors. I am the sole founder of Sommerset Paving. My core responsibility was to oversee the day-to-day operations of Sommerset Paving. I was the lead estimator; no job was executed without my approval. I was in charge of any and all purchases from a new paver to office space and business location. I supervised all my crews and oversaw all work performed by my employee team members. I have operated several large pieces of equipment from backhoes to bulldozers. I evolved Sommerset Paving from a respected residential paving outfit into a unionized commercial paving company executing and delivering quality pavement to several commercial businesses throughout Michigan. I reached my apex with Sommerset Paving in 2017. After procuring and executing a contract for Enbridge gas, Mobil oil along with Wolverine pipeline, I left Sommerset Paving. I am proficient in communication and performing under demanding circumstances. I am skilled at using various pieces of equipment and tools. I like to execute with an effective precision what is set out in front me.
