  • Began homebrewing as a hobby and opened Mississippi's 12th legal production brewery in history.
  • Distributed beer in kegs and package across the entire state of MS. Executed and maintained successful business partnerships with six distribution companies. Built and maintained business relationships with hundreds of sales accounts.
  • Executed or oversaw every aspect of the business on a daily basis, including recipe development, production, quality control, branding, sales and marketing, community outreach, merchandising, on-site service, purchasing, inventory, shipping & receiving, forecasting, bookkeeping, financial, legal.
  • Designed, built & operated all brewing related systems which produced multiple award-winning beers, one which was featured in Food & Wine magazine.

  • Worked successfully with other industry professionals to advocate, fundraise and lobby for beer law reform at state capital on multiple occasions.
