354th Civil Engineer Squadron, 354th Mission Support Group, 354th Fighter Wing, Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. During this period, Sergeant Sablan managed the wing’s largest government purchase card account and sustained a 100 percent on-time procurement rate. His diligent efforts secured 575 thousand dollars in operations and maintenance materiel for 15 crafts and allowed for the completion of 3.4 thousand requirements in direct sustainment of 1.2 thousand facilities and 10.6 billion dollars in infrastructure. Additionally, he drove warehouse operations for the squadron’s UFix-It store and issued 6 thousand mission critical items valued at 5 million dollars.
