I started working at BFMC in 2001 as a Med-Surg nurse. In that role I took care of patients with varying diagnoses. I did patient assessments, vital signs, dressing changes, med passes, helped with ambulation and toileting. I had a good rapport with the doctors and other staff.

Served as Health Unit Clerk at Birthplace, facilitating effective communication between doctors and midwives at PWH, greeting patients warmly upon arrival, coordinating staff schedules, organizing patient charts, answering phone inquiries, and managing patient charge entries.
