Currently shift lead for 5 to 6 employees per shift in a fast food setting where time is of utmost importance.Leading the team to work as a team and insuring safe food handling being a responsibility I take seriously. As a lead I am also responsible for shift changes which involve inventory counts and safe counts. My education in this field is on going by participating in scheduled teaching videos and assignments.

Responsibilities included dispersing medications to approximately 30 residents, using a MAR . I also communicated with nurses and doctors regarding resident health needs.I was responsible for daily vitals and to do direct care for residents with limited ADLs in effort to assist caregivers. Have had many trainings in lifting technique, Hoyer Lift also completed CNA training without completing the licensing aspect.
