- Managed national rollout for 2500+ Starbucks and 1500+ Dunkin Donuts, point of sale upgrades spanning all 50 states and requiring over a hundred technicians.

- Installed and actively manage security cameras and access control systems for five pre-school and daycare facilities consisting of over one hundred cameras and ten access doors.

- Act as a network administrator for Wireless Access at three business locations.

- Completed full network upgrades including new wiring, head end equipment, wireless phones, wireless access points and number porting at over 100 Petco locations spanning NY, NJ, PA, DE and MD.

- Full Data Center buildout and migration lead for Estee Lauder Manhattan offices

- Upgraded Cellular back up service at over twenty Walgreens Pharmacy locations

Structured Cabling, Video Surveillance and Audio/Visual turnkey solutions provider.

Tasks:

- Developed a fixed-price, turnkey solutions branch to an existing national telecom staffing company with 18 offices across the country from the ground floor.

-Planned, designed, and scheduled phases for large projects.

- Acted as the primary installation vendor for Viewpoint (now Prosegur Security Monitoring) specializing in real-time surveillance for multi-family housing, new construction, auto lots, storage, distribution, energy and utilities.

- Worked on Government contracts for powerplant

facilities up and down the East Coast.

- Successfully secured buildings in cities with some of the highest crime rates in the country including Compton, Southside Chicago, Baltimore, Miami, Jersey City, Harlem, Brooklyn and New Orleans, thus reducing the risk for residents and decreasing the required number of armed guards needed on site.

- Developed experience in all aspects of a project from, bid submission to contract negotiations to execution to after work.

- Monitored project performance to identify areas of improvement and make adjustments.

- Worked hand in hand with the AD, Coaches, Players, and families to create a fun, safe, and winning environment.
