  • Dispatch and coordinate routes for all Parts Drivers, as well as assigning work for drivers during downtime to maximize staff utilization.
  • Maintaining and creating dealership inter-department relations.
  • Working closely with all departments within the dealership to make sure the parts department runs well.
  • Have experience working in every position in the parts department. I've been a driver, the stock person, counterperson, and have been assisting my manager for the last 4-5 years. I have an understanding of how important everyone's role is to the team.
