• As a waiter at Napa Kitchen and Wine, my responsibilities include taking customer orders, delivering food and beverages, providing menu recommendations, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment
• Work with a POS system to place orders, manage bills, and handle complimentary items.

• At TQL, I held an entry level sales representative role and trained under a seasoned broker
• My responsibilities included proactively reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, effectively converting leads into successful sales transactions
• My commitment to learning was evident during my training period, where I collaborated closely with a proficient broker, actively assisting with their sales efforts to gain firsthand experience and insights into successful sales strategies
• This comprehensive experience enhanced my understanding of the industry and equipped me with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, which proved instrumental in achieving sales targets and fostering client growth.

• Collaborated with 5+ associates to prepare and cook any food in a fast paced environment, making sure to prepare the food to the customers satisfaction
• Answered any customer questions about the food that is being served
• Ensured safety measures by keeping a clean and organized station, throwing away any food that does not meet expected standards
• Responsible for closing the kitchen doing things such as cleaning the grill, filtering the fryer, wiping down all dirty surfaces, etc

As well as working at this particular store in Glen Allen, I also was involved in traveling and helping open new Sedona Taphouse location across the country. I was involved in assisting to open 4 new locations in places such as Westchester, PA and Lexington, KY from the time frame of October 2020 to January 2022 most recently. Tasks included involved setting up the restaurant from scratch, making sure that all equipment is placed out correctly. In addition, I was responsible for helping train the new employees to make sure they knew the Restaurant standards flawlessly in order to have no hiccups opening the store.
