I am very good at building relationships and growing them into a trusting business partnership.
We manufacture shipping crates and pallets for shipping large, heavy or delicate items. I am in charge of finding new business and resurrecting customers that were lost.
My job was to call current customers to make sales call to get deliveries set up. My secondary responsibility was setting up appointments for the outside sales representative to meet with new customers.
I started as an inside sales representative intil I was promoted to Branch Manager. Then the Territory Sales Manager became available and I was promoted to that position. In that position I was responsible for taking care of the existing customers while looking for new builders and remodelers.
I was in charge of everything to do with inventory, stocking position and forecasting of what we were to stock. I was also in charge of inside sales and customer service.
