• Conduct medication interview with new patients.

medications under supervision.

• Calculate correct dosage volumes.

• Properly dispose of all materials used when mixing chemo or non chemo IV'S.

Prepare labels.

• Receive and shelve medications.

• Receive medications into carousel and narcotics into vault.

• Work on discrepancy reports and pyxis rejects.

• Unit dose medications.

• Deliver IV's to nursing stations and restock pyxis machines.

• Make IV's.

• Answer telephone and assist nursing with any questions

• Restock crash carts.
