  • Upon hire, I was responsible for reviewing and processing Covid-19 EIDL loans for businesses all over the US
  • Collected necessary documents from the business applicant to successfully fund their emergency disaster loan
  • Over the course of the assignment, duties were to review and mitigate suspected fraud and/or application errors as well as correspond with other loan officers to decision applications expeditiously
  • May 2021 I was added to the Congressional High Priority Applications team to review Congressional inquiries from Legislative Affairs
  • In doing so, I reviewed applications, indicated issues within the application, and attempted to resolve issues by forwarding them to processing teams to expedite resolutions
  • Contact with the borrower is necessary to maintain transparency within the program
  • Upon completion, I reported back to Public Information Officers nationwide.
