  • Maintained accurate records of all customer interactions related to loan processing activities.
  • Over the course of the assignment, duties were to review and mitigate suspected fraud and/or application errors as well as correspond with other loan officers to decision applications expeditiously and within guidance
  • May 2021 I was added to the Congressional High Priority Applications team to review Congressional inquiries and complaints from the Administrator's office and Legislative Affairs. This process allowed us to contact the borrower, determine the issue and assist with resolving the inquiry. Once a final determination was made, we reported back to the Public Information Officer with the resolution.
  • Our team reviewed applications, indicated issues within the application, provided feedback to the borrowers regarding declines or counteroffers, and resolved issues by escalating to department management for review.
  • Assisted with the processing of loan modifications when requested and pulling required tax transcripts from IRS.
  • Post funding, our team resumed on the High Priority/ Congressional team and resolved inquiries/complaints regarding Hardships, Assumptions, Subordinations and other servicing tasks.
