
I have nine years as store manager with the responsibilities of opening and closing, closing out four registers and safe reconciliation. I have 11 years experience working at a financial institution with my titles being; bank teller, Teller Supervisor, and Assistant Branch Manager. I have a total of 33 years experience in customer service and cash handling.
From March 2015 to March 2016 my title was Teller 1. My duties included understanding the request and needs of our members, cleaning and maintaining my work area, assisting with end of the day vault count and sending interoffice emails and emails to our members.
As of March 2016, I was promoted to Teller Supervisor. The responsibilities of this position include; opening and closing the branch, assisting other tellers when they need help, posting vault tickets, getting tellers their money as they need it, training new tellers, and making sure that the branch settles at the end of the day.
As of 2019 to current, I was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager. The responsibilities of this position include everything from above and; perform branch audits, scheduling of the staff, perform branch balancing at all levels, respond to alarm calls on an as needed basis, and perform assistance in all areas of member service. I am also a Notary Public and Signature Guarantee.
This includes handling store money, customer service, ordering supplies, checking in merchandise, and keeping my work area clean. I also trained new cashiers and it was my duty that if someone called out, I would cover their shift or find someone else to cover the shift.
