I won Chairman's Forum in 2023 which is the top 10% of the company's branches. This is achieved by balancing delinquency, growth, and profit to be the "best of the best".


I was selected by my district supervisor in 2017 to go to the home office and learn the new system that they were implementing so I could teach the rest of our district's branches. I was selected because of my ability to learn new things quickly and help others achieve an understanding.
