  • Oversee department budgets, manage labor hours, and update staff schedules in OnShift.
  • Accounts Receivable – receive and deposit monthly resident and commercial lease rent, send collection letters and make calls as needed to ensure AR balances are within company policy.
  • Accounts Payable – receive vendor invoices and process GL coding through DSSI AP system. Assist new vendors with guidance on invoice self-submission process, communicate with them regarding the processing of their invoices and receipt of their payments.
  • Payroll – ensure staff timecards are accurate in AOD; generate payroll reports and submit to Paychex.
  • Interview, hire, coach, develop, and discipline staff.
  • Complete new hire paperwork for all new staff.
  • Ensure all staff members receive their job, safety, and assigned Relias training programs.
  • Provide quality and compliance leadership training.
  • Oversight of workplace safety (safety meetings, incident reports, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned by the ED.
