Responsible for the successful execution of all projects in PIs portfolio, including two large multi-center trials sponsored by the Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute and the National Institutes of Health

Supervise all study personnel and oversee the development, promotion, direction and coordination of the trials, including subject recruitment, performance monitoring, budget, staffing, logistics and all other supportive functions for the trial sites

Work autonomously with limited oversight

Manage and execute initiatives sponsored by the Office of Science and Research as aligned with PIs role as Assistant Dean for Clinical Sciences

Interface with collaborating subcontract organizations, study sponsors, and other stakeholders

Ensure subcontract organizations meet designated milestones.

Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

Manage the IRB process (including NYU IRB, single IRB, and Bellevue Research Review Committee) and maintain regulatory compliance

Work with the Data Analyst and Senior Data Analyst to prepare and review reports on performance of sites

Conceptualize data reporting products and convey them to the data team

Meet regularly with the Principal Investigator to address issues that arise and provide strategic direction

Provide primary customer support to internal and external customers

• Supervised staff and participated in hiring, training and performance evaluations to establish and enforce policies and procedures for business functions.
• Managed business operations while overseeing contractors and consultants to verify on-time completion of key deliverables.

• Defined, designed and constructed public health survey using Qualtrics software assessing the association between COVID-related variables (PPE, accurate testing & exposures) to 2,000 healthcare workers.
• Exercised independent judgement in advising study team on the implications of new features with COVID digital health.

• Screened patient records, databases and physician referrals to identify prospective candidates for research studies.
• Collected data and followed research protocols, operations manuals and case report form requirements.
